Satrapezo Saperavi 2009

Pierwsza partia Satrapezo Saperavi 2009 wzostała wysłana 1 listopada 2011 do naszych partnerów. It is the fifth vintage year since its start in 2004. Satrapezo Saperavi is made of grape harvested in specially maintained vineyards in compliances with traditional Georgian winemaking techniques dating back 6000 years, using prolonged skin maceration in Kvevri-clay jug buried in an earthen floor of wine cellar. Totally 10500 0,75l and 110 1,5 l bottles of 2009 vintage have been made. Apparently, the 2009 vintage Satrapezo Saperavi will be released for retail sale only after the 2008 vintage is sold out.
